Liverpool Conveyancing Company
We offer a competitive
quote for your legal costs of buying, selling or simply remortgaging your property, whether it’s your house,
apartment, shop, garage or holiday home!!
We are a Liverpool based conveyancing practice
formed in 1994 and have over 30 year’s conveyancing experience
dealing with properties
all over the Country, from residential properties to blocks
of flats and small housing estates.
We pride ourselves on providing a friendly, personal, one-to-one
service evidenced by the number of clients who repeatedly come
back to us.
We always strive to deliver expert legal advice
in a clear and understandable way.
Whether you are a first time buyer or have moved home before we
aim to make your move as smooth as possible and to guide you every
step of the way.
We pride ourselves on the quality, expertise
and speed of our service and our personal friendly approach.
We
prefer to deal with clients in person, face to face. We do not
have a multiple choice telephone system. You do not speak to a
different person each time you telephone. We believe you should
be able to speak to the individual dealing with your matter.
Conveyancing is often seen as an expensive, stressful, confusing
and time consuming exercise.
We will give a quote which will breakdown costs and disbursements
(Search fees, Land Registry fees, Stamp Duty Land Tax) so you have
a clear understanding of where your money will be going.
Licensed
Conveyancers offer extremely high levels of service and we are
committed to make sure that our service levels are amongst the
highest around. To speak to one of our conveyancers just call us
on 0151 284 5060.
What is Conveyancing?
This is the transfer of ownership of a property, whether leasehold
or freehold. A seller/buyer will instruct a Conveyancer to act
on their behalf and the other side will also instruct their own
Conveyancer to act for them too.
The conveyancer is the person responsible
for dealing with the conveyancing process.
A conveyancer can be
a specialist property lawyer, a Licensed Conveyancer, or a practising
solicitor.
Licensed Conveyancers are regulated by the CLC (Council for Licensed
Conveyancers) in England and Wales.
